Has to be pretty short term. Typical angel stage startup has 2 years or so of runway, so if youre funding them has to be reasonably quick.

(That said immediately after a raise it mostly just sits in the co bank account, paying payroll. So 12mo BNPL might be a win win, co gets slightly better terms.)
