went for my first run in months today and it suuuuuucked so hard 😄

> way too hot at 3pm
> haven’t been taking care of my lungs 
> sleep deprived from travel and jet lag
> been in full on sedentary builder mode for several months

but i’m so glad bc i got this sucky first run out of the way and got over the mental hurdle of getting back into fitness 

(and the beach was really nice)
