- daily game at a scheduled time
- everyone pays a small amount to play
- winner(s) takes 95% of the pot. Creator keeps 5%
- designed to prevent AI from having an advantage (<2s to answer each question)

Another challenge is how to prevent creators from cheating by:
- playing under a pseudo
