how does a refactored internet look like for my father? (70 yo retired in chile)

Many of humanities problems stem from the fact that most people are unable to participate in technological growth. If this changed the world would be much more creative, dynamic, exciting and equitable. To do that, we need to refactor the internet to give power to individuals, not mega-corps.
