Ok here is what I want. There used to be this website called "hot or not" where anyone could upload a photo (of themselves) and other users would vote on a scale of 1-10 how hot the person was. Then you got your score back when you got enough votes.

Let's make this but for nfts. You can send your nfts to this app and then vote or rank other uploaded nfts. There's a leaderboard showing the "hottest" nfts someone has uploaded. You have to own the nft in order to add it for ranking.

Over time we'd start to see which specific nfts voters covet most.

Feel free to add on token rewards on top of this somehow. Perhaps based on voting participation and/or ranking of submitted nfts.
