a common perceptual trick that may happen inside you is this notion of “having to make it, asap” you need someone to like your cast, if not you suck you need to get those users today, if not your project is dead you need your coins to multiply, if not ngmi life as not linear. what is hidden in plain sight today (behind all the insecurities that make you want to move faster than what you can, at this exact moment of your evolution), is exactly the trigger for where you are aiming towards only if you are open to hear it. and by running around the maze of “what ifs” you forget to listen to what is real, alive, and you end up drowning on an ocean of desperation patience breeds success how are you going to cultivate it today?

This is great. For me, it's stop pushing, start flowing. If I have to force it, maybe it's not my path. I'm looking for the paths that flow. ✨️

Flow feels like the absence of resistance. It can come simply from a change of perspective. Sometimes, the story I'm telling is the only barrier. Other times, when I'm procrastinating or trying to force myself to stop procrastinating, uncovering why I'm resisting and addressing it can clear the path. Sometimes, my heart and mind aren't aligned and I'm forcing something I'm not aligned with. So, flow is the full body commitment.
