on the way to my first formal race. it will be 5km and the mission that i talked with my coach yesterday (shoutout to @satzo7) is to run at a pace of 4:30. he told me the most important is to stick to the plan. if i want to do better times in the future, it will be in other races. or if im feeling good at the 3rd km i can go faster then. but step by step this training is a marathon and today is just a stepping stone on the process. feeling motivated and happy with my father, partner and daughter on the car. they are happy to come with me. mila even wants to run gm
