but what is truthful connection if the person you think is leading the way into it turns out to be a lie?

who can we believe in?

hopping onto the airplane chewing this. processing it. feeling alive

it is all part of it

yep. not complaining at all about the sensations that are arising. actually very grateful for them. but they are there, and it is important to feel them

it is that which brings the integration that transforms that confusion and emotion into a full circle of integration

and it is that integration which allows us to evolve

give it some time. it can be better or worse than it seems, but right now there's a cloud of confusion and emotion
