This is a big foundation of why I am doing what I am doing the way I am doing it. Immersion cant be just online. It has to be something that they can think about anywhere.

yes! striving for that balance is the key to long term healthy relationship with oneself imo.

it has been a hard one for me (finding a local community that i resonate and want to spend time with), but yesterday was a good step in that direction.

It was short. I was ready for bed by 3pm & in bed by 8. I have basically been on standby for my kids to be out of school. Now we are going to be cleaning and minimizing so we can figure out what our cost to move is going to be. We have no community here/ don’t fit in with in the area, so figuring out where/when next
