one of the problems that ive spent the most with (thinking through, digesting, rumiating) is how to deal with the concept of time inside an app

if i tell you that something is scheduled for 8 pm eastern time and you are from australia, there is some sort of accessibility issue that is hidden behind that biased message

so how to give up that message?

what is sufficiently decentralized in terms of awareness of the timezone that the piece of content talks from?

and my take is that numbers are that. we all know numbers.

if you end up being familiar with the concept of the slots being 30 minutes and there being 336 of them, once you see that one is number 88 you will instantly recognize on your local time, and the whole "timezone layer" of the app will be solved in a way that adjusts to "you"
