Is it "the winner takes it all" or are the rewards tiered?

good question. im not 100% sure on what is the best approach. but i have been communicating since the beginning that the winner will take everything, so i guess that what makes the most sense is to be consistent with that

i think it should change if / when the prize pool grows. and better sooner than later. otherwise less devs will participate on a regular basis.

I am yet to test all the participants' entries so I don't know which of them have come up with the best frame, but make sure there's no way to rig the voting and the best gets the prize, especially if there is going to be only one winner.

If you want to split the rewards it would be a good decision to make a gp and ask all the 8 participants if they're okay with that and if ALL agreed on it, then go for a split.
