today i decided to add all the $hackathon that was sitting on the rewards wallet into a one sided LP there are two big upsides of this: 1. we help the unfolding and health of the token by providing liquidity 2. we reduce the sell pressure of the winner of the hackathon, who probably would cash it out into eth right after receiving it, anyway this mechanism allows us for the $hackathon to be transformed into WETH organically, as the token gets traded on the open market wdyt?

Good one; skin in the game by design for the weekly winners.

what other design elements would you add to how this works? and how does this make participants have skin in the game?

To the first question; probably getting some intros for the Hackathon winners to further develop of the project (or probably this will happen organically in the timeline anyway), but doesn't hurt to let's say create some token-gated perks using the LP contract to incentivize winners to โ€œHOLDโ€ the LP longer. To the second question: Now that i think about it, you're right, it doesn't directly show skin in the game but some sort of vesting on the LP or some utility unlocked by staking $HACKATHON. The team at @hatsprotocol built a really cool module around Staking, that you could leverage for many utility ideas; https://docs.hatsprotocol.xyz/hats-integrations/eligibility-and-accountability-criteria/staking-eligibility
