this is soooo cool. thank you. 0. Why goa? 1. How were the 40k bootstrapped? 2. How are you going to filter who participates? 3. What is the relationship that this based house will have with the local government? Do you have any strategic alliances there? 4. How are you planning to extrapolate the concept of a “based house” so that it can be used by people from all over the world to build instances of them? How will the process be documented? What practices are you going to put focus on? 5. What is the breakdown of the budget? 6. Love the entire cottage for the haberdashery. What is the spatial distribution of the space? What is a cottage? Why are there more than one? 7. LOVE the access to talent part 8. What are the all stay bills? (love this part btw. big incentive to visit India again) 9. How do you plan to structure time throughout a given 365 period of days to give meaning and organize it? Cohorts? 10. How will the property work? Will people live there? Is it like a coworking space?
