Launching "too soon" is a great tool for finding PMF. When you choose to schlep a new product and the work starts to get overwhelming, you're motivated to scale it, and when it doesn't reach that level you're more likely to kill it and move on because it's still noticeably painful to maintain.

Example 1 is an "automatic buyback" feature for our pack drops. We started out making manual offers after users revealed their cards. It's a great way for users to get value quickly and for us to get cards at a discount, so they've been accepted at a high rate! So tonight I finished the automation and tomorrow we 🚀

Example 2 is a service we offered about a year ago to digitize your collection at home. Instead of building a pipeline to take user images, render them, and output a 3d model, we put up a Shopify storefront, let users upload images, and email them the result. The result? Almost 0 users! Small investment, easy to kill
