Do we have evidence of anyone who has indicated they will make a large scale grant if we do this, or individuals who have explicitly said they won't join purple unless we do this? Those are the benefits that would justify the cost, imo.

Some FC projects are slated to potentially get over $100k in the Optimism RetroPGF round alone. I know there’s KYC required there. Just being able to apply to things in that vein could multi-X our treasury. Not having an entity we’ll just sit around and 🤷🏻♂️ with $200/day
