Imo smelling the bloom is almost better than drinking the coffee lol

This is the James Hoffman V60 recipe which does 1/5 the total water for the bloom. It is a lot more than I used to use but I like how it turns out

I put much less water for blooming in my kalita wave, I will try your way to taste the difference.
