I used the giving block because they gave good receipts I could use for matching when I was at Google. It's not the simplest, but I'd recommend people making larger donations to use a DAF or set up a foundation.

A DAF lets you take a large deduction in the year you donate to it, and then distribute to charities over the years. So you can optimize to itemize your deductions the year you donate to it (e.g. after selling your huge degen airdrop) and go back to the standard deduction in future years while donating from the DAF

Iโve done the DAF route via Fidelity to donate stock; pretty easy setup. Are you aware of any easy ways (โone stop shopโ) to set up a crypto DAF?
