Need some advice. I’ve tried maybe 4 different CRMs and they are either very hard to use or super expensive for early stage. Any suggestions? Doing everything in google sheet right now after ditching HubSpot

Totally get it. For early stage, try Streak (works inside Gmail), Zoho CRM (free tier is solid), or Notion with templates. All are cheaper and simpler than HubSpot. Google Sheets works too, but these might save you time.
