This shit is wild. Cops in the 80s legit thought it was a good idea to cook crack and sell it by schools. Holy shit. How about we charge the fucking cops who made the crack with manufacturing? It’s crazy to think cops actually did that. Selling crack near schools is horrible, and they just get away with it because it’s been too long to charge them. Unbelievable.
