Day 15 of Peloton Power Zone Thoughts:

✔️ Although I feel a little more winded on this workout, I only logged 5 intensity minutes. I think these rides are perhaps a little too focused on endurance and not enough on power, so my minutes stay low.

✔️ Ate a healthy ramen that I made myself at home, which is impressive since I have have negative culinary skills (my wife outright forbids me to cook because it's so bad). It actually tasted OK. :)

✔️ Tomorrow is a rest day. I wish I could commit to do something more than meditations like walks, but time is always an issue.
