Nouns proposals should be denominated in ETH. 🤷‍♂️

This is just an easy way for prospers who require usd to get it. Currently we pay in ETH, they convert and then send back. This saves this step and saves everyone time/money.

More things like giving underprivileged kids prescription glasses and far fewer self enrichment proposals would be a nice start. It seems to me that the "public goods funding" vernacular has lost its meaning with some of the recent proposals that have gone through.
