My wife is starting her practice this summer in Ohio but we’re thinking about doing some excursions too…she got ANFT certified while I was collecting NFT’s haha

Whaat I love this!! I just looked up ANFT I had no clue this was officially a thing but makes total sense because being in nature is healing on all levels and boosts your immune system etc
