I find it funny how this is treated as a new thing a century after temperance movement briefly banned all sales of alcohol.

I know several folks who are “California sober” — they will smoke pot and do other narcotics but won’t drink.

Personally think alcohol still worse than weed tho, would rather hang with stoned folks than drunk ones…though I also enjoy drinking so 🤷‍♂️
