On a serious note I do think mini apps will eventually have to be rebranded to a better (ideally monosyllabic) name "mini" feels like it undersells them tbh since they're actually fully-functioning web apps with onchain superpowers

Nothing, not a priority, I just think "mini" app undersells them when they're really more like "super" apps (doesn't really matter and I understand why you guys chose to go with mini apps)

I feel you, maybe my algo but see a few people saying stuff like this and watching you defend it…has anyone been standing up and saying “I love calling them miniapp” …I don’t have the hard data in front of me but words and names can be really powerful and the right ones can help get that 100x you’re looking for imho…not dying on this hill, just food for thought here…would Apps on phones took off if they call “phone programs”?

It's about people not already on Farcaster. Warpcast / Farcaster is confusing. So simplify to Farcaster. Frames v1 / Frames v2 and frames generally were confusing. So simplify to mini apps.

I don't think names drive usage. The the functionality / utility of the mini apps drive usage.
