Gm, new bounty. .25 eth, doubling every 12 hours until someone claims the task. Create/parse a prop to send 0.03 eth for each vote cast to every (circulating) Noun holder. All rewards for a given Noun’s votes go to the wallet in which its currently held. Can use disperse.app I believe but may not be needed.

In unlikely event it passes would suggest protocol implementation but not according to this logic (which is obv a bit lazy, easy to assign retroactively tho ) . Generally the amount as % of treasury I think is conservative.
