The 3 biggest social apps seem to be:
- Twitter: text first
- Instagram: image first
- TikTok: video first

I still believe that there is a play for an audio first social media. Clubhouse got close. 

Podcasts and audiobooks are very highly consumed content, why isn’t this experience social?

I think it's important that TikTok isn't really a "social" network, it's a user-generated content app. Instagram is moving in that direction too. The world of podcasts is like a decentralized, audio-only version of TikTok more than TikTok is like a short-form video version of Facebook.
