Really interesting retro. Love the parts about using it as a communication tool and something I've been thinking about a lot. Do you think the important part of the context window the medical records or the entire conversation? Or both? Asking because I've been working on something that helps make medical records more understandable and I've been trying to figure out how important it is to keep context windows across multiple chats versus just singular ones. Would love to get your thoughts on it sometime!

I would be happy to chat with you about this as I’m wondering the same thing about keeping context windows throughout my follow ups and specialist appointments. I think a better trained specialist AI could have gotten me there way faster The one thing I do really like is how MY ChatGPT use talks to me like it knows me. So there’s also a personal persistent context window that feels important to consider.

Awesome, will follow up over DMs! Makes total sense with the persistent context window. One thing I've been thinking about is how to see incoming results and then have the AI ask the right questions, pushing you to answer instead of the user initiating the conversation

Oh yeah would be cool to have the auto-forward, expensify receipts style so that the burden of opening and downloading each result is removed and just happens magically
