we did not learn our lesson from aethernet x clanker, so despite strict limits on our end for # of tokens created by an account, people are rushing to try to replicate $anon in general i think its time for more clear boundaries around tickers, accounts, repetition. balancing access and limitations will be extremely important. clanker will be taken offline ~8am est for some updates
