One thing that makes adopting new technologies hard is unless you’ve been through the exact change before, it’s hard to fully see the big picture until you are done and looking behind you. And by then you are onto the next big change and starting the cycle over. Getting comfortable and navigating through times when there isn’t perfect clarity is, for better or worse, one of those new leadership skills we’re all been forced to learn.
