Squats 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 @225 Shoulder mobility work (ATG standards) in between sets. 20min total Mixing in higher reps to try and improve “connection”, grease the groove, etc. Stuck at 295 3 rep max, trying to get to 3 plates! Finish with banded knee tucks + reverse planks
