You just need to do ~2 things very well, with decent CONVICTION AND SIZE

e.g. Jason would rather make 1/2 the amount of money Santi makes if it means that he can spend 99% of his energy focusing on blockworks

11. If you come across something you like, don't wait to 'finish' doing the work before putting on a position. 

Do some quick research and put a position on if it looks good. 

You can always add more size if you like it after more research; or cut it if stuff appears that you don't like.

12. Most people spend too much time doing research and not enough time thinking about how to structure and size the position.

Being right without size/having the wrong structure doesn’t matter. 

Esp in crypto, where there's so many ways to get exposure to the space/a narrative.
