5. Chasing narratives in a bull market

We go from having a new narrative every 2-3 weeks to a new narrative every other day.

2 components to trying to chase every narrative:

6. Money - trading in and out of every narrative will likely see you ending down on your stack
Psychological - anxiety that you feel comes at the detriment of everything else in your life

Keep a shopping list of coins and set alerts.

8. Think about what you feel most comfortable holding, what won’t shake you out (through whatever framework you like)

Pay attention to as many narratives as you can.

e.g. Jason would rather make 1/2 the amount of money Santi makes if it means that he can spend 99% of his energy focusing on blockworks

11. If you come across something you like, don't wait to 'finish' doing the work before putting on a position. 

Do some quick research and put a position on if it looks good. 

You can always add more size if you like it after more research; or cut it if stuff appears that you don't like.

12. Most people spend too much time doing research and not enough time thinking about how to structure and size the position.

Being right without size/having the wrong structure doesn’t matter. 

Esp in crypto, where there's so many ways to get exposure to the space/a narrative.

This was my first time watching on YouTube and I really felt more engaged and had more takeaways seeing the video feed - planning to do this more often than just the audio feed on Spotify (yes I know there’s a video feed there too I just don’t use it)

4. The best players in poker/markets don't play every hand.

List of narraties: DePIN, AI, DeFi, GambleFi, GameFi, SocialFi, Cosmos, L2s, Solana, etc.

You just need to do ~2 things very well, with decent CONVICTION AND SIZE
