It's one of my favorite places for the very reason you just mentioned: it's a haven. You can lose yourself in cultivated natural beauty framed by stunning skyline views. And when you're finished, you can walk home.

It was all I had when in peak lockdown with a newborn at this time in 2020. I would spend 6-8 hours a day in the park on maternity leave. Would literally cut off an arm for Central Park.
