I caught a pretty spectacular sunset from South Ferry, with Lady Liberty off on the horizon just before the @station3nyc event last Thursday night. Glad I got an early start and brought my gear to see what the sky would do.

Ha ha ha… I’ve seen a couple nice ones, for sure. Heading to the Catskills tomorrow… probably too late for fall foliage, but we’ll see what we find. Mahalo, Jonathan!

Good luck up in the Catskills. It looks kind of rusty, in some areas.

Lots of color on the ride up on the train along the Hudson, and here in Poughkeepsie. We’ll see whether there is a spot or two I can get a photo from.

Either way, his ten acres of land faces west and is up high, so might be a view of the fading comet and/or the Orionid meteor shower tonight.
