I’ve spent almost the whole day outside in the shade trying to calm my headache. Lately, I’ve been a bit disconnected, but I’m going to cast right now.

When you have a headache, do you usually take painkillers? Yesterday, I had to take two within a few hours just to calm the debilitating pain. It was one of those headaches that feels like it’s taking over everything, making it hard to focus or even think straight. Do you have any tricks that work for you when headaches strike like that?

Lots of water. Vitamin C. Tylenol or Advil. Taking a nap. Breathing/meditation. Hope this helps.
