Totally not salty about egg emissions and failed hen upgrades. But this egg, it’s super salty. Onsen (hot spring) steamed eggs are the absolute best. The umami is unreal. Extra salt is a must!

I love these and the ones on the mountain in Hakone. I even tried using my silly mineral additives to make onsen water at home and steam them and it’s not the same!!!!!

I wish I could eat them daily!

I really do love eggs so having them as a warm convenient snack is the best!!!!!
