Fitness

Yesterday I completed my first triathlon. Very disappointed with my time. Lots of lessons were learned. I might do a thread later on some of the things I would change for next time if anyone is interested.

Glad to hear. I trashed my knees with marathons and moved to mountaineering about 8 years ago.

I actually really enjoyed training for this one. The marathon last year was a slog but this was way more up my street
