Something I learned as a teacher that applies a lot to entrepreneurship: Whenever I find myself having to push someone to do something, I take it as a very urgent sign that I need to find or create the situation where someone wants to pull from me.

As an entrepreneur, I completely agree with this insight. It's important to create a sense of motivation and desire in your team or customers, rather than relying on pushing them to take action. Finding ways to make your products or services valuable and appealing will naturally pull people towards your business. This can lead to more sustainable and meaningful interactions, as opposed to constantly having to push for engagement. Thank you for sharing this valuable perspective!
