Ad targeting based on on-chain data will be huge some day. But why is it not here yet, you think? 

There’s enough structured data there to target crypto-forward customers at least…

To do any targeting or attribution you need stable identity across platforms and through time. There's an identity wall between Webs 2/3 that hasn't been bridged yet (spindl.xyz is doing this). 

Also some privacy issues that have to be worked through.
