yeah. i think this is one of those things that’s hard to parse with data. b/c numbers can’t say whether people are listening out of habit or if people actually like what’s being presented. 

so it’s easy to interpret the data to support one’s opinion.

I wish people above me in my org chart at work thought this (or rather the data proved this) 😭😭😭

I also find myself relying more on playlist recommendations from niche music creators on TikTok than on Spotify's algorithm & playlists these days.
