I have this feeling that Solana will continue to win more and more market share until there is a completely abstracted wallet experience that does not rely on network switching at all (to the average or novice user). 

And apps that are tailored to this wallet experience.

Phantom is getting there.

Kinda like what Abstract has done in this direction. Wonder why none has created a global wallet on top of Privy that works across all dApps with single addy, instead of each dApp having its own embedded wallet? Like how u use gmail to SSO into any app. All these network switching, bridging etc can be abstracted inside it.

what do you mean no one has? like the developer can sign up with their global offering -- https://privy.io/blog/global-embedded-wallets. tldr; its safer to start app specific, I speculate at some point anyone using privy apps can port their wallets to global wallets w/ the added risk. I also believe the @reown team is working on this as we speak.

Embedded wallets are gonna fractalize the ecosystem. Great for onboarding users, but long term consequences are brutal. 

In any case also eth-centric. Abstraction across disparate chains outside evm compatible has to happen.
