Panic. For the second day I see in the comments that people are shouting about leaving the market, the end of the bull, the beginning of the bear, the death of the alto, etc. I’ve already seen all this more than once in 2020 and 2022. The picture is always the same. There is no need to frantically try to leave the market in an attempt to fix at least some part of your funds. Then, when the market grows back and the domination falls - you will greatly regret the decision made and the fact that you could not cope with your own emotions. Even if it seems to you that everything is gone and there will never be growth again - remember, the markets are cyclical. Domination will collapse sooner or later, and alta will sooner or later give its Xs this year. It can be in autumn, maybe next winter, or maybe in two weeks. You should be mentally prepared for such drawdowns. You should have a free cache for such cases. The same broadcast can now be easily typed without even thinking and opening the schedule.

everything comes with experience, but I agree that it is better to learn from other people's mistakes. Or it can be very expensive.... You should have a mentor or a person who is not the first in this topic. And so I completely agree - complete calmness and equanimity! 1655 $DEGEN
