I baked Easter cakes today - they turned out very lush, fragrant and very tender!
And most importantly, not complicated
So catch the recipe of my beautiful cakes
Ingredients:
β’ Flour - 500 grams
β’ Milk - 190 milliliters
β’ Eggs - 3 pieces
β’ Butter - 150 grams
β’ Sugar β 150 grams
β’ Yeast - 7 grams of dry (or 20 grams of fresh)
β’ Salt - 2β3 teaspoon
β’ Raisins β 75 grams
β’ Optional: candied fruits, nuts, vanilla, cardamom
How to cook:
1. Mix milk, yeast and half of the flour - let the opara stand for 30 minutes.
2. Beat the yolks with sugar, add to the dough. Add melted butter, salt and egg whites.
3. Add the remaining flour, knead. Leave it for 30 minutes.
4. Add raisins and candied fruits. Put them in the molds, filling them in half.
5. Let it rise to the ΒΎ mold, grease with yolk.
6. Bake at 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
