I start the morning with cardio! I got used to it for a long time, now I can say I fell in love with it! Unloads the nervous system, helps to put thoughts on the shelves. My appetite after cardio also improves, and that’s what I need, because I have problems with it. Perfect for me! I walk at the minimum speed with a maximum angle of inclination of 30 minutes - an hour.

Girls, try it very tasty PP casserole with broccoli Ingredients: Broccoli - about 200-250 g (grinded in a blender) Eggs - 3 pcs. Flour (I have rice) - 2-3 tablespoons. Baining - 1 tsp. Pesto sauce — 1 tsp. Salt - to taste Preparation: Grind the broccoli in a blender until crumbly. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, pesto and salt. Mix everything well until smooth. Put it in a mold and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Serving: Top with cottage cheese, avocado and lightly salted salmon. It turns out to be a cannon, not breakfast/snack!
