I love hearing about the early early internet days and it’s really fun to hear from pmarca. I really want a book on all that. Pmarca says Al Gore was correct in what he said taking responsibility for funding the internet btw 😌

I will support Rick Rubin too. Been fashionable to hate him all of a sudden. I am not going to bother with the book probably but this podcast is great. (Farcaster turned me on to it)

book's decent, roughly equal in quality to the podcast rubin is a good thinker, even if his approach may be aesthetically unappealing (too much "woo") for straight-jacketed techies
