I know Trump’s tariffs jolted the market, but he just signed legislation to scrap the IRS’s crypto rules and the Senate just confirmed his pro-crypto SEC chair. 

So why are currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum down while Solana is up right now?

Because nobody knows if their price is going to go up, down, sideways or in circles.
