getting tx failure when trying to mint memb

I was in the Coinbase Wallet browser and the party app UI said my transaction failed, so I submitted again, but it didn't actually fail, so I ended up getting 4x2=8.... higher?

ok it appears that most cases of this are happening in the coinbase mobile app dapp browser.

was mobile. wallet is seneca.eth. wallet used was coinbase that gave me red tx errors + safari w rainbow that didn’t allow me to press mint memb at all.
