Pinning to ipfs using pinata API works perfectly locally, but in production the API call fails with bad request. I was thinking it might have to do with access tokens, host origins etc but I am not using my gateway. Just pinning to my account 

what am i missing?

Hey Johanna! The actual upload is failing in production? Any error message besides bad request? We might need to see a code snippet so feel free to hit up support@pinata.cloud if it’s easier or use the in-app chat.

Could be a few things! Are you using environment variables for the API key? If so it would be a good idea to check and make sure the same variable is making it and is correct in the production environment. If you log out the error when it fails and check the production logs that might help too!
