Partially tore my left pectoral on the 9th. I should have documented because recovery has been so mellow and fast. Full range of motion on bench press today 12 days after injury, should be able to do a full push up by tomorrow. This bruise is the only evidence of it

At least you did it having fun! How bad is the sprain? Bad news is sprains take longer to heal than muscle, I still have a sprained wrist from being swatted by that car at ETH Denver 1000 $degen for the injury recovery fund

Update: no mobility in my hand yesterday, struggled to switch gears and turn at the same time with the volvo lol could not pick things up/grab items today 85% back to normal Have been drinking this smoofie (3-4 valencian oranges, 1-2inches tumeric, 1 inch ginger and pinch of black pepper) combined with 20min RLT

Do the ABCs with your hand, slow and push as far into every angle as you can, like your trying to push the achy sprained feeling to the edge
