Is there a standard cadence for re-verifying a given parties off-chain credentials? Or is that just up to whomever is implementing it

It depends on use case.

Most of the time it’s safe to assume a proof is only valid for a certain window, and then you have to generate a new proof to continue to show something.

Great for protocol economics
