If you'd asked me two years ago, I'd be in the 2%. Takes a lot of self-compassion to come back from where I went. And I'm not done yet. I waffled between mostly good and mostly bad for about 30 full seconds, then chose mostly good. I'll call that an honest win. Thank you for the question. 🫶 🤝
